Margot offers a holistic understanding of business operations having worked in roles in top-tier public accounting firms and diverse industries including property, education, forensics, not-for-profit, government and services.

Beyond the office, JJ enjoys exploring the outdoors and is an enthusiastic hiker. He also volunteers his time to provide financial literacy education to young adults the community.
